TexMex Dip

TexMex Dip from the Summers’ Family Cookbook

1 8oz. Pkg            Softened Cream Cheese

½ Pkg                    Taco Seasoning Mix (or more if you want it spicier)

½ Small Can        Chopped Green Chilies

1 to 2 TBSP          Milk

1 Small Jar           Salsa or Taco Sauce

Mix together the cheese, seasoning and chilies.  Add a little milk

at a time until the mixture is spreadable.  Mound the cheese mixture

on a plate and make a depression in the middle.  Pour the Salsa into

the well and around the cheese mix.  Serve with your favorite Taco chips,

crackers or veggies.

*To make a thinner dipping sauce, add more milk until the mix is the
