Chicken Cacciatore

1 Package boneless chicken breast (or your favorite chicken pieces)
Olive oil – enough for sautéing approximately 2 TBSP
flour (to coat chicken)

To the flour add your favorite Italian spices:

(Oregano, basil, parsley, romano cheese)
Large onion – sliced into ½ rounds
Large green pepper – slivered
garlic cloves, chopped fine (to taste – I like lots so I use at least 6)
Jar favorite spaghetti sauce

½ can of beer or ½ C of red wine
Mix flour and dip chicken in flour and fry in oil until browned. Set aside. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and chicken and simmer for 45 minutes or until flavors blend
